At Kennedy Blue, we want you to love your look, which is why we offer a straightforward 14-day return window for all eligible bridesmaid dresses and accessories. Please ensure items are in their original condition with tags attached to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online return portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Follow the prompts to generate a prepaid shipping label, which will be emailed to you immediately upon approval of your request.

• 3.
  Package Securely

  Place the unworn items back into the original packaging, include the packing slip, and affix the shipping label to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect your items, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
